The only regulated single-battery squonkers I can even think of are the Desire Cut and the Vandy Vape Pulse regulated series. I think the Pulse 2 is still fairly widely available in shops online. Oh, and there was the Revenant TVL Delta, but I haven't seen any of those for sale in quite some time. That's a nice mod, though, if you can find one.

I may just be unfamiliar with the higher-end stuff that you're looking for, if that is indeed what you're looking for.
