Lorann Cream Cheese Icing

Trying to figure out a good starting point for LA Cream Cheese Icing. It will not be a stand alone flavor. The first juice i will be using it in will be with fw cinnamon roll.

hmm anything 'cakey' - choc w some fruit flavor - any cookie type recipe could b nice...

it's very strong and very sweet (and very delicious!). I typically use it between 0.5% - 1%. For that combo, try CR at 5% and CCI at 0.5% and adjust from there.
