Not really sure this is "the good," but I find it interesting that Lorrilard is gearing up with a team of lobbyists to start to fight for separate vaping laws and smoking laws. I know Blu is big business (as compared to most vape business), but it seems like even Big Tobacco knows where the future lies when they're willing to spend money to bash their primary product in order to secure protection for something that's still emerging.
For those not in the know, this new lobbying firm is stocked up on pitbulls - if you live in SD you'll remember the all-out onslaught they brought out a few months ago to destroy all challengers and install our current mayor...
