The conversation that began back in "A La Carte" continued/concluded this week when Pamela pulled the trigger on the entire "friends with benefits" deal after she came to realize the Louie would always want more out of the relationship than what she was willing to offer.
Of course, context was way important here. Pamela's decision came after a very trying day for Louie in which he got assaulted by a crazily confrontational woman on the street - a beating made worse by the fact that Louie took the high road and refused to hit back (and then when he did start trying to counter, she still dominated).
