Just got this Friday from Fasttech. One downfall that I heard was that people dont like that its 25mm wide. I planned on putting it on my E Huge anyways so that didnt bother me.

Beeen running it on the E Huge and it works so much better than my Atlantis. Flavor is really nice.

I haf not gone through the box that it came in until just now. Not really into rebuilding right now so I didnt check that stuff out. I noticed a reduction ring in there as well. Not like those ego rings, thos one has a 510 connection and is 25mm to I think 22mm.

So I put it on my BEC Pro. Looks pretty good. Think I need to order another one of these.

So far the Subtank is my favorite tank, previously goto was kayfun lite plus and Orchid v4. The 6ml tank is a plus. About 30ml in on first coil, will switch to rebuildable after I kill it. Better for me than Atlantis and flavor about same as kayfun. Think they hit it with this one, 22mm would have been cool, but probably best way to obtain capacity, adaptor looks good.

I'm just wondering about the airflow. It needs to be as good as the Lemo, for my usage.

-sigh-

ONCE a-fucking-GAIN! I watch tons of reviews, try a few out in person, finally decide to order one, and BAM! I get it and it has ZERO AIRFLOW.

I don't know what it is with me and tanks, but EVERY time I get one, they have no airflow. I KNOW I'm setting them up correctly. I want a god damned fool proof as much airflow as a fuckin' mutation x with bored out holes tank with a sub ohm coil for CHRISTS SAKE. WHY IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR?

The next time I come across someone with one that is blowing clouds and gives me that warm satisfying throat hit I like, I'm either buying it or stealing it off them. I'm so sick of spending months researching, watching, testing, contemplating and finally biting the bullet to end up with a piece of SHIT that I won't fucking use.

There aint a tank in the world that will give the air of a drilled out mutation.. None. Nada. Zilch.. If that airflow is what you like, stick to drilled out RDAs. Tanks aint gonna happen.

edit: As a side note, how much ya gonna sell it for? ;)

I assume so. But I've tried friends' atlantis's that were comparable. I pick up one, and it's pure trash. And they didn't even re-build theirs. I tried mine stock and rebulit, even drilled out some secondary air-holes. It should be absolutely blowing like nothing. Yet when I seat the coil head, something is getting blocked up. Gone over ever possible air route and nothing is clogged, blocked or generally in the way. I guess tanks just weren't meant for us who actually like the feeling of breathing in a nice hit. :(

Weird that its not the same as your friends.. Maybe the mod you are using?

The atlantis does have more air flow however, it should be close.

Tried it on a:
AR, 4Nine, SIMPL, (unreleased) Copper Sleeved from (can't disclose company name) (I can't say because I make the mods for a company, nondisclosure contract, very good mod though, full copper.)

The airflow issue isn't being generated from there anyhow. It's being blocked up somewhere in the coil head after being totally assembled. And yeah it's very weird that other peoples' work great, and this one doesn't. Doesn't make very much sense.

I'm going to try re-packing the cotton in such a way that it doesn't touch or come close to the bottom of the coil housing. I think that might be the issue, in that it's being packed up against the opening where the air comes up through from the bottom of the coil head after being screwed into the base.

Hey hey HEY hey! Dont toss it, lemme have a crack at it! :D

Send me a PM. If you pay for the shipping I'll send it to you. Mind you, it's a clone from fasttech. One of the ones I tried that worked well was a stock clone from fasttech on a IPV box mod, and it worked great with great airflow. This one, no such luck. I'm not sure where or what is being clogged but it's definitely being bound up somewhere. I'll send it in the state I have it in now. I put my own 24gauge .3 ohm coil in it. It's not vertical, but the air came through it well. It only clogs up once you seal everything together (the tank). Once it's all put together, it's like trying to suck a lemon head through a coffee stirrer.

Nonetheless if you still want to take a crack at it, have at it. I'll hold out until I can steal or buy one from a "fellow" vaper.

I like a lot of air flow. My atlantis has tons, direct lung hit no problem. The Sub Tank is a little tighter but not too bad. Flavor is so much better on the Sub Tank though.

Just tried out the RBA section of the Sub Tank. Tighter air flow but seems to be working just fine. Using the dual coil set up it came with. I've only had one other RBA, a Fogger. Never could get it to work. This one is working just fine.

I was itching to try the rba section earlier. I was kinda in a rush. I used the dual on it and it was good, but tight airflow. Sat down a little bit ago and wrapped a .6 single with 24ga on a 14ga blunt tip.

The airflow is better. Nothing like the .5 head that comes with it, but better. I think the dual coils are too much. All the cotton from the 2nd wick takes up room in the chamber. That blocks airflow from the bottom. One wick means less filler and the air can travel more freely.

Worked for me at least. It is still a little tight, but I've dropped for a year and a half, even stock coils are not going to hit like my tug v2 with full airflow open.

Scratch that, I realized when I put the tank back together I clicked the airflow. Only 2 were open. Opened it all the way and it improved. Far beeter than the dual preinstalled.
