Mad Industries Penny Mod

Anyone know a easy way, without damaging the mod, to remove the penny from the Mad Industries penny mod? The copper wore off and now the zinc is looking like crap. I would like to replace the penny.

Without seeing it it's hard to say but I think I would start by taking the switch apart and trying to wedge a good strong knife blade between the penny and the switch.
I just about has to be glued on.

Not much room to wedge even an xacto blade in the edge and the coppers pretty soft. I might try soaking it in some nail polish remover or acetone. I doubt it being soldered in, maybe super glue or something similar. I might even try some low heat. Was hoping somebody tackled one sucessfully.
