I just recieved one in the mail i purchased through a fellow VU member and all i can say is WOW on the flavor this thing puts out.

It beats any tank or cartomizer or rta or any other rda ive tried thus far for flavor and , its a keeper in that sense.

Certainly not much of a cloud maker but i imagine thats not what it was designed to be anyway...Not that you couldnt improve air flow but im not sure i would mess with it as its just amazing as is.

Not sure what clone maker its from and dont even really care..lol..it just works and does so in amazing fashion...It came to me with a .6 ohm dual micro coil build and i wicked it all up with some koh Jen Do cotton and vaping it at 26 watts on the Sigelei mini 30w..Its also the 22mm version and came with what seems to be a brass drip tip from Vapelyfe which was a nice addition...I have my second little blue screwdriver now as well..lol

Anyone wanting a flavor atty ,i highly recommend one to you.




Doesnt look bad on the copper or stainless steel version nemesis either...lol

I got one (clone) a month or so back... The flavor is pretty good with it. It's just a little too restrictive on airflow for me. Only other issues I had were that the posts were off center and kind of crooked, and that the 510 connector is pretty long so it doesn't sit flush on my MVP3.0 Pro.. All in all it works well for what I paid on it though. I'm digging that copper ring yours has though; mine is just stainless.

I gave away my 22mm Magma , still have and use a 30mm version though . The Magma is still an awesome flavor atty but I prefer the Veritas overall , it's a little trickier to build but the flavor is just as good as the Magma and it's far more leak resistant .

i still use my 30mm Magma its a beast for flavor and it hold way more juice too. about 2.5 ml if I'm not mistaken.

I think you can find them with a brass ring also.

I agree with air flow..it is a bit tight if a much looser air draw has spoiled you...I havent had a leak issue at all so far...I usually unscrew the cap to re wick instead of dripping down into the tip..I find it doesnt over saturate and create a leak that way.

Seems possible to improve the air flow however by drilling the holes out...i might try this at one point.

A velocity and a marquis are both on the list as well as a mephisto to try out.

I have an infinite clone that is pretty much a 1:1 copy. It's very well built and I enjoy using it. My one peave is that after a couple days idle in my collection cabinet the flavor is foul like old socks or worse (insert imagination). I always have to rewick it. My other RDAs such as my Tug Boat V1, my Derringer, my Mutation X V3, etc. are just grab and go. So I don't think it's my cotton or my vapes. PErhaps, the Magma design offers a flavor profile that the other RDAs don't create?

I just drip 12 drops from a dropper through the drip tip hole. I used to take the top off but once I found 12 dropper drops or 13 to 14 drops from those small drip tip bottles I stopped that.

I also love my veritas, as someone mentioned. They are both comparable for flavor.l but it doesn't leak, for me.

Ive not had a single leak as of yet...maybe over dripping causes that..too much juice leaking off the cotton into the holes perhaps.

There's no secret: gravity pulls juice down. RDA's that draw air from the bottom leak the worse, RDA's that draw air from the sides leak sometimes when you tilt them, RDA's that draw air from the top don't leak unless you keep them upside down. Plain and simple. Sure the Magma might be fine if you keep your mod on your table, but tilt it and shake it a bit and you'll see.

I see what you mean...i dont take drippers with me on the road or work to lay it down different positions so, maybe why i havent had leaks..lol

Mine sits on the table but if I take it work in my bag? ditto

Edit: I take my veritas with me to work, normally. Don't have to worry about leaks with that one, as easily.

I blow the air flow holes out when that happens. I don't take it apart to do this.

I recently picked up a Tobecco Magma clone too. I wanted a two post atty for Ni200 builds. I'm using twisted 32 Ga Ni200 at 3mm and six wraps spaced for .12 ohms set at 32.5 w and 490F. Great flavor but a bit tight on the draw for my taste. I always keep the sucker upright but I've had it collect evaporated/condensed juice on the cap and leak. Learned quick not to try and drip onto the coil too much, just goes right on into the airflow. Rascal gets hot! I'm looking for good two post atties for Ni200 single coil builds.

I got the 30.7 mm Magma and I can say if you properly wick it there ain't going to be leaks as long as you use it as driper NO OFFENCE TO ANYONE. If you going out of the house keep very upright since I'm sure we all get carried away with the extra deep juice well filling and forgetting its full. An advice I drip at home or when static, out of the house using tank and no leaks. Good luck and keep Vaping

I got a Marquis clone, another Tobecco. Same Ni200 set up as in the Magma and it's on a rDNA-40 VS and it rocks! Running at .15 ohms, 430F at35W. New favorite flavor beast.

I havent gotten into the TC thing just yet....I only like flavor using the 2 back holes...if i use all 3 holes to the front i lose alot of flavor but get better clouds...Im just using kanthal 26g dual verticle micro coils @ .50 ohms.

The whole TC deal is changing so quick. My Evolv DNA-40 devices are already out of date! New devices are set to work with lower ohmage and Titanium wire. It is a worthwhile adventure, being able to basically vape a wick dry without a dry hit is pretty nifty. Once you set up a tight flavor chaser atty with Ni200 and saturate it with your favorite juice you'll be hooked to TC. I'm waiting for cheap two post quality atties designed for TC to flood the market. I'm also liking my Atlantis tank with Ni200 coils. Cloudy and flavorful.

I was a big Magma fan for the longest (like so many here) but the Derringer had since taken its place for me.

Flavor is on par, holds as much juice (maybe more actually) and is much less prone to leakage if you over drip. Not to mention it is capable of much more airflow if needed.

I want to check out a stumpy next, as the fundamental design is similar to the derringer, but it is a 2 post design like the Magma. I prefer 2 posts because I'm usually a single coil guy. The derringer handles singles coils just fine, but it's a traditional 3 post design.

DANGEROUS? I guess because you can actually ignite the stuff? What temperature is Ti flash point? I've seen posts here where folks say just add 100 to the temp on your DNA-40. What's the safe thing to do?

Yes when you use it with TC best result is about 100 F above than Ni200 coil setting. But then again do some research and nobody's tastebuds are the same so play with it using the temp control

I was almost exclusive to the magma for a long while. I have a clone magma that was one of the first rda's I bought. When the Vengeance came out I thought hey I'll go for the authentic. I paid a bunch and had to order from a UK vendor. Finally got it and damn it! I hate it. So frustrating to build this thing. No juice well - hey juice well, where did you go? Argh! It leaks worse than the magma. Juice everywhere.

So it sat on my desk as a paper weight for a few weeks until I the light bulb went off. Vengy topper magma deck. My new go to rda is the magmagence.

Nah it's the picture - it's a little bigger than a regular 510 drip tip hole.
