Magnetic mixers.

Does anyone else use magnetic mixers to mix larger quantities of eliquid? I do and I'm having an issue with the small hanna instruments mixer. At larger quantities, the magnet seems to slow down and throw itself off balance and dance around in the beaker. Can anyone help solve this issue?

I think the viscosity of your liquid is causing the magnet to "fly". Maybe setting the beaker in some hot water for a few minutes before mixing will think it out enough to prevent the magnet from doing that.

It is still agitating the mix, so if it is not dancing around violently enough to break the beaker I'd just run it that way for a little longer than usual.

The stir bar breaks contact with the magnet easily when too much lighter density liquid is pulled down at once (flavoring). The mixing process usually requires restarting the stir bar several times before it fully mixes. Higher temperature aids in faster mixing.
