Battery in pocket. No mention of what else was in pocket with battery.

Good luck with suing LG. They will claim the obvious - the batteries were never intended to be used for blah blah blah.

And the place who sold the battery is already stating their defense in the response. The guy was improperly using or storing the battery etc.

Hell, the Attorneys suing on his behalf can't even determine who sold him the battery at this point as they have modified the named defendants more than once.

You can only defend a Darwin flunkie so far.

How is this vape-related? If I remove the battery from my Ford, lay a wrench across the terminals, and blow up my garage, can I sue GM? Can I sue the Ford dealer? Can I sue Snap-on? I mean, clearly someone sold me something I had no business using. Now someone else must pay for my stupidity! It's The American Way! TRUMP! HELP!
