Who loves some banana cream pie? I have been trying for months to replicate a banana cream pie with a graham cracker crust and no luck. I'm missing something. I have tried banana, bavarian cream, graham cracker with no luck, also went banana cream, graham cracker and (la)almond. Just not sure how to get the light banana with the nutty graham cracker exhale.Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance and all the other flavoring is TFA
MBV uses FW flavors, or at least they used to anyway.
So you may need to try using that brand instead of ...
Or for a starting point maybe try:
TFA Banana Cream 3%
TFA Cheesecake Graham Crust 3%
TFA Graham Cracker Clear 3%
Banana likes to be the dominant flavor so you may need to adjust.
You can also add some TFA DX or CAP Sweet Cream, Vanilla Swirl, or CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream if you want more creaminess.
I'm kinda partial to TFA Dairy Milk myself but it does have some baddies.
(Couple drops of AP can add some nutty, but too much will give you Fritos).
FA Nut Mix, FA Hazelnut, & FA Walnut are some others that might help if you want more nuttiness.
Careful with the first 2 as they're kinda strong.
Can also add around 0.5-1% FA Cookie, or 0.5% INW Biscuit to help the crust out, which is tough to taste IMO.
