Mech Mod Issue

Just bought myself a petri dotmod (CLONE). When firing the button gets HOT and the coil heats up SLOW. im using it with a rda. 26g kanthal dual build. 2.4mm reading at .38ohm. SONY VTC5 bettery. any idea why?

It's called "Joule Heating". Take your switch apart and clean it,make sure the metal is shiny and polished. Take off your atty and clean the threads of the atty and the female 510 connection. Check your build, make sure there are no shorts or loose connections - Tighten the screws on the posts.

The Petri Dodmod is an RDA, what mech are you running it on?

im using the petri mod with velocity rda

Is the contact pin on the bottom of the rda screwed in all the way? Coil screws nice an snug?

I'm having this issue with my Hcigar Nemesis any suggestions on how and what to use to clean it up good?
