Mech pro box question

I got the geekvape mech pro box, and I have a question

The 510 connector is screwed down with 3 star screws ...
ok, normal enought, but

but, but ,but... there is a random allen key screw there too...
What is that??? I'm afraid to unscrew it, cause I don't want to fuck anything up

But can someone explain that ?

It holds a bar inside that connects the fire button that the 510



Removing it allows you to do this so you can get to it to clean
