I hope they retract it. I'm just a low paid nurse and I know the difference. What is wrong with these people! If one obtains a disease such as "popcorn lung" it cannot be reversed. It stated in this case the condition resolved.

The article was originally posted in October of 2015. Apparently Dr. F had some problems with his website re-posting older newsletters. I am not sure if the referenced statement was ever retracted; nevertheless, the damage (to vaping) caused by continuing to perpetuate the myth that any amount of inhaled diacetyl leads to popcorn lung cannot easily be undone.
