Menthol?

The folks on the Mod Envy podcast seem to like menthol juice when they're under the weather, I could see where that might help.

I got some from My Freedom Smokes. They were out of the crystals and suggested their TFA-Menthol liquid. I guess a very little goes a long way, how much do I use? I'm not normally a menthol fan but, yeah, I'll give it a go. I guess I'm looking for maximum menthol effect without going overboard.

I'm an MTLer, mixing up 60/40 with 12 MG nic. I'm in this for the nic so I vape unflavored. I'd mix up a small batch, maybe 15ml to experiment with.

Since you are used to unflavored I would try maybe 2 drops or so and see how it goes. If it's too weak add another drop until you hit your sweet spot. It's easy to add, harder to take away. If you have a RDA that would be the best way to test.

Yeah, it sure does smell pretty powerful, just in case your sniffer isn't working too well right now. Feel better soon!

Thanks, feeling fine. Trying to stay a step ahead just in case.:blowkiss:
HIC posted a couple recipes around here somewhere. One was a sore throat helper (I think the actual name of it), another I think was a cough drop. Maybe they're the same recipe, too, though, LOL.

My cold remedy vape is a couple of drops of TFA Koolada and TFA menthol. Start with 1 drop each in a 10ml bottle with your regular nic/base mix. Exhale through your nose and it will keep you all clear so you can breathe.

Beats the hell out of the nasty cigarette taste when you have a cold. Remember that? Ewww...

Yes! I do remember that and it drove me crazy. I remember trying everything too, nasal sprays, sinus flushes... no matter what a cigarette always tasted like burnt popcorn and cardboard, lol... not that they taste much better once your tastebuds come back either.

I also like the koolada/menthol combo. Good for congestion and vaper's tongue.

I did the same and every time it made me wonder why I kept lighting up know what I was in for.

Reason #548 that vaping is better.
