When I fill rda I get metal streamers going off. Assuming that is not something good to inhale but by the time I burn them off I almost have to refill?

Ipv mini II. Mfeisto rda. But have had this with every rba.

Maybe someone put gunpowder in your juice. Someone did that to me before.

If you BLOW through your RBA/RDA vapor will come out of the airholes. If one just happens to be aligned correctly, then yes you will get hot vapor on your neck. Also, if your atty tends to "spit" then you will also get hot juice on your neck.
