Misthub issues?

I haven't used them recently.
What kind of issues are you having?
Shipping delay? Failing to provide timely tracking info? etc...

Been a customer of theirs for years. A week ago, they sent me the wrong bvc coils (that I've ordered for years) . Via their online chat a week ago, they said they'd "escalate my problem to upper management". Since then, I've waited an hour on chat line for "next available agent" - no one ever connects. My attempts to connect by emails have been ignored.

That doesn't sound very professional of them.
Have you tried places such Facebook, Instagram, etc..
