mixing in volumes

good day sirs i need some guidelines. this site is very helpful to me .gave me unlimited ideas of flavors. when i mix in volumes like 2liters do i stay in your percentages or do i have to kick up the flavors?
additional questions . what are the shake and vape flavors and what are in need of steeping time? please help!

What needs steeping and what does not is very much up to the individual. For instance, I use mainly Flavor Art, and most of what I mix is around 8% total flavoring and is shake and vape, or at most ready in a day or two.

Double ditto! :)
However, some flavors will mute over time. Therefore, I'd test a smaller mix, vape some for reference, then let it sit for at least two weeks, vape it again to see if the flavors are still there. IOW, a 2 Liter mix might not be good for every liquid you make.
