Mods with 510 pin in middle

What do you call these mods, im trying to find some. An example is the Hexohm mod. But I'm looking for something regulated. Any info is appreciated

I picked up a couple SIGELEI FUCHAI DUO-3's two months ago....vapecrawler search and you'll prob find them for $30 a piece or so. 175 watts with 2 batts or 225 with 3. I love them. Inexpensive but has been great so far. Pin is right in the middle.
