This article contradicts itself over and over again but the last sentence sums the entire article up:
"Tanzania is one of the countries that shall be affected as it shall lose it's tobacco export share of 1.8% worldwide."
I guess it would be just too hard to repurpose all of that tobacco to make liquid nicotine base to help save lives instead of destroy them right? - 5150
