Not sure if anyone has approached this or not but i could use a lil help pls. I am just starting off in the diy mods, i have everything i need aside from a 15k resistor. I found that i can add resistors together to get the 15k but is that safe? I need input b4 i build

The value pf 15K isn't very critical, it's simply a handy value vapers have adopted. As long as you properly insulate the leads, the number of resistors in series isn't important other then the extra space they all take.

I'd offer to sell you some 15K resistors, but we do all of you shipping in padded mailers so have to charger $2.34 to ship 50 pcs of resistors sold for $0.99

If you want the resistors to add together to get you close to 15K, you put them in series.
