I picked up a Mi One today. It is a mtl aio device. I love the vape I get off of it but it's not throaty enough and I find myself getting cravings a lot more often when using it. My usual vape is 6mg in a subohm tank. What strength would be good for a MTL

I would say try 12 and if that doesn't do it try 18. Another way of doing it is to buy Nicotine base and increase the strength of what you have. To do that you need to be very careful and be sure to keep kids and pets away. I use 100 mg/ml Nic in PG for DIY E-Juice. If you decide to go the mix it stronger yourself route you will need syringes, blunt tip needles, an empty bottle, and quality time learning from the internet and using a calculator.

My choice would be dependant on wattage and coil size...... big coil or high watts lower nic... small coil or low watts higher nic.....
I suggest getting 2 bottle of same flavor..... 1 bottle at zero and one at 20 to 24 mg/ml... then dilute away till you find optimum nic......
Don't forget flavoring and PG and VG also affect throat hit.

I vape 18 to 24 MTL on lower power tanks. Nic salts juices I go 36 mg on stealth pod mods.

If it wasn't for the mention of "craving" more, I'd suggest getting an additive called Flash (by FlavourArt) to enhance the TH -- it does a great job! But if you actually do feel the need to vape more often, then yeah, you probably just need a bit more nicotine. I'd try 12mg; if you find it's too strong or too intense TH, you could mix it with the 6mg to make 9mg.

I'm at 18. Started at 24. I find 18mg by certain vendors will give you the throat hit and but the flavor is off. After trying several vendors which some had a decent TH, I finally found Zeus Juice www.zeusejuice.com . Their juice is AMAZING. Very strong flavor and you actually taste what's in the juice. I even bought 30mg to mix with other lower juice like 6mg. I just let 2 bottles of the 30mg sit for more than the recommended 12hrs to reduc the nic. Sometimes I like a 24 just to give me a bump. Zeus has up to 24mg. $11.99 for 30ml. SO worth it. Try the 30mg and experiment with the breathing. You can always compare it to the 18 to see where your nic spot is.
My favorite is Dionysis Aphrodisiac. The throat hit is perfect. It's an ADV for me. Get a load of this description:

What do you mean reduce the Nicotine? 30MG is still 30MG 12 hours or 12 months later in my experience.

Wow, it's hard to find high PG anywhere anymore, unless you make your own, as I do, to get my 86% PG. I used to order 80% PG "blueberry muffin" (and augment it with more flavoring to bring it up to 85%-86%) from sweet-vapes.com, but when all that shit hit the fan in July 2016, they stopped carrying their house brand, since they couldn't customize it anymore -- so no more blueberry muffin for me, dammitall.
That Dionysis sounds a good deal like my own strawberry & cream -- it's almost a strawberry custard flavor, it's so rich with creams and vanillas.

Try Zeus. At least you can enjoy it and try to duplicate the flavor. All of their juices are amazing. Between 4-5 stars.
How did you check it out? Did you test it for the strength? Exposing nicotine to air just speeds the degradation from what I know but does not dilute the strength.
I can tell by the smell and a dab on my forehand. It was indeed too much. I wasn't about to test it in a RDA. I remember what Donny said while mixing on a stream. Also, I found 2 articles with a short mention of it and a video that mentioned it but didn't go into detail. That was enough for me just to let them breathe for a while. I can now vape it as usual and the flavor is still as tasty as is the 18mg I have. I'm still getting my nic fix. Go figure, huh? In any case, since I let all of my juice breathe for a bit, it's no biggie to let those hang around a bit longer. These were 60ml plastic bottles with the 1/4 inch openings. The one I'm vaping now was so full I had no room to shake it. So I squeezed it up and down a few times every few hours when I could remember. I just shook it and filled up my tank. The nic is stronger this time. But I only take 2-3 hits at a time anyway.

You are still getting your Nic fix because the MG of Nicotine doesn't change in my opinion and the only way to truly know is to test it with test strips or another verified testing method. Just assuming it is less nicotine content is just assuming.
I had no idea there are test strips.
Yeah, I really doubt that nic in a base would evaporate.

I dunno about test strips... but there are nic test kits, with the appropriate chemicals you can buy; not very costly, about $6-$10. If the ejuice is light enough colored, it works best; I think it's really intended to test the potency of actual nic base, which is usually clear or very pale, which tests more easily. I got one of those at ECX.

Oh over enough time the nic strength does go down.... but we're talking tiny friction of a percent per hour.... unless were talking weeks of air your not reducing toxicity enough to matter...
NOW the throat hit strength will be reduced sometimes and the pepper taste will smooth out after oxidizing for a few hours.

18mg. I was at 24 for just a few months I believe. Sometimes, especially when I'm stressed, I need a bump. But this 30mg doesn't have me spinning and puking in my trash can.

Right... so I think the nicotine in it clearly has lost something of its potency; it might still be a bit higher than your usual, but not sufficiently to make you feel ill -- you already vape at such a high level, it would take a pretty substantial increase, to do that; it's probably something like 25-ish mg. Leaving it out at room temp, opened, would definitely contribute to a loss of potency -- that's why we store it in the freezer, in tightly capped bottled, some people even going the extra mile and injecting argon gas -- oxygen degrades it. What surprises me somewhat isn't that it has lost potency, but that it still tastes ok.

Wow. That is extreme. After finally having enough air in the bottle, I can definitely feel the nic. Could be 24mg or higher. I can only take 1 to 1 1/2 hits on at a time. But if were 30mg, I'd be on the floor. Thanks Andria.

I have about 15ml left of the very last bottle of blueberry muffin I was able to get from sweet-vapes.com; it's very dark now, I think it's about a year and a half old; I keep looking at it, wondering if it's still ok to vape. It's been capped the whole time, but just sitting out on the counter... so I can't quite work up my courage to try it.

Gosh, Andria. In all honesty I wouldn't. If it looks like tar'ish, toss it. I was very impressed with the order I won a few shows ago. My order included BluGurt. If you want muffin, they now have Blueberry Muffin. It's in my cart since I won again tonight. I also ordered BluGurt again. lol
It doesn't hurt to have a resale brand on hand for those emergencies when you can't mix, huh?

Well, I mix enough for about 10 days everytime I mix, so I'm not likely to be caught without. And one reason I started DIYing was because most of the bakery type flavors available commercially almost certainly contain some form of diketones; I'm Timothy Leary's brother about those -- don't know that they're a risk, for certain, but don't know that they're not, either.
I wouldn't say the blueberry muffin looks like tar.... it's just a lot darker than when it was new.
I pretty much gave up on trying to mix my own blueberry-anything -- I just can't seem to make anything blueberry that I really love. Which is why I was so enraged at the FDA and sweet-vapes discontinuing their custom-mixed house brand.
