My apartment complex is going 100% Smoke Free June 1, 2021 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I/everyone is grandfathered in until we renew our lease. The addendum specifically uses the terminology of “vaping”. Now I have to F’n move, my lease expires in July.

Has anyone else ever dealt with something like this?
Can they really do this?

My complex is smoke free. We ignore it. The wife chainsmokes constantly and i vape constantly.

Don't vape by any windows and they'll never know, unlike nasty cigarettes

I gaurentee you arent the only resident that vapes and has no desire to stop doing it in your apartment. Odds are it will never be an issue.
