My Ipv d2 vs my Sig 150 Box Mod

I used my ipv D2 for the first time today. I used it pretty much all day. I have been using a Sig 150 box mod for 6 months. I notice a couple of differences in them using power mode. I used the same RDA and alternated between the two using the same watts for the RDA.

1. Ohm readings are similar, however the Sig matches my ohm reader. The ipv D2 is only off by 0.05 so no big deal.

2. The Sig seems to ramp faster. This probably occurs due to it having two batteries and more power and maybe the chip that is used.

3. The ipv D2 is a smooth vape. It may ramp slower but it maintains the temp in power mode better than the Sig and does not burn near as easily for long draws. It gives a good constant vape. I do have to hold the button longer to get equal vapor at similar watts as compared to the Sig 150 box mod. If you continue to press the button on the Sig it will get hotter and eventually burn during long draws if you do not pulse it. This is my experience.

4. Due to having to hold the button longer on the ipv D2, because of item 3, I find I have to drip a little more often.

I really like the ipv D2 in power mode. I can't wait to try it in TC. It is also better to carry than the Sig 150 box mod due to its size. It is small.

That is an awesome comparison. Glad to hear it held up fairly well against a more powerful Sig.
