my new petri by dotmod

So folks I picked it up yesterday. I've been using a Fuchai stainless mod and mutation x v3 atty with 22ga 5 wrap coils for quite sometime. A couple months yesterday I picked up the petri atomizer and mod. All I can say is wow. It is a beautiful piece of work. It has a two post design and huge room inside the Atty. I'm running parralell 26 ga at the moment its a little hot...but the flavor...gosh the flavor in this Atty is astonishing. Cloud production is not lacking but its the perfect mix. The mod itself has gold plating on the distinguished looking button. Nice spring, button is recessed. Gold bands around the black cylinder (I chose the black setup) 4 gold plated pins come with the Atty if you decide to change atomizers. Threads are awesome...I mean there aren't much to complain about. The whole setup is very light and compact 18650 battery only. I'm very pleased. The set up is a little pricey but is just awesome. Absolutely stunning. I really like that build deck! That is exactly how i would have built it. Cheers! And that dripptip, OMG. It really makes the mod that much more flashy. Yowzers.

I've had the atty for a little while now, i put all my prized builds on it hahaha. I LOVE the two post design, makes it a lotta fun to build on. I've actually been able to squeeze some crazy builds on there. Dotmod puts out an amazing product, and their customer service is second to none. Congrats!

Thanks for all the complements y'all. I love it. Very nice looking yet distinguished I'm my opinion and it doesn't sound like a freight train when Im vaping like the mutation. the parellel 26 ga is a little too hot for me. I believe its 6 wraps. I plan on a twisted 28 ga zipper coil next. Waiting on my 28 ga to arrive in the mail.

Definitely spoiled now. The deck and two post design is so easy to work with. Juice capacity is great.

I have had mine for a few weeks and I'm right there with you when I first bought it for some reason I had buyers remorse.. Not sure why though but I am new to vaping might have had something to do with it. I will say out of all the attys I have tried and own this thing is amazing!! The taste is amazing and just got my wide dot cap on it and holy moly it's even more amazing, I highly recommend the cap if you own this atty. great to switch it up.

i did actually build and install my first zipper coils, twisted 28 ga. I was not too impressed. Murdered my battery and sub par vape and flavor. Though it coudlve been my build.
I've settled down with parralel 26g dual coils. Its a very warm vape and the output and flavor are charming in the petri. I had a little remorse for what I spent but it'll be a long time device for me. Thoroughly enjoying. Peace all

I am just starting to do some advanced builds, messing around still trying to find my happy spot for all my builds. But I have noticed the dot is by far the most flavor out all of them.... New to the game but would this be due to the placement of the air holes??

Build does look awesome though I haven't got that crazy yet with the twisted stuff but I will get there

I will report the simple 26 ga parrelel vapes better in my opinion than the zipper.

Do believe I have a d 26g now and it's a warmer vape than I usually like but on this atty something about it makes it perfect I'm loving it so much I just swap my cotton everyday and keep the same build going all my buddies try it and they are saving up to get one.

Me too. Just change cotton everyday. Definitely a pricey set up but worth it to me.
