So I was building on my wotofo freakshow RDA, using a dual parallel sleeper on a 2.5mm screwdriver 5 wraps. I wanted to pop it on and get a reading but my reader doesn't read it. It reads my other RDA's but for some reason not on this one.

Have you heard of this happening with this particular RDA?

Nope, I have one and just rebuilt it and tested it on my reader. Works fine.

It reads my doge and patriot just fine, it won't read my Vulcan or my freakshow.

Make sure the positive pin on the RDA is screwed out enough to make contact with the reader?

Or the pin on the reader if it is adjustable.

Try screwing the center pin on the RDA out. If that does not work, grab a pair of pliers, and use them to either tap, or push the whole post down, as those are generally not permanently attached. Had to do that with my Omega, worked fine after that.

yup, you're center pin on your RDA isn't making a connection with the pin in your ohm's meter my friend. I have a couple old RDA's that the center pin is flush on my 510 connection and doesn't stick out far enough and I have to use an ego/510 adaptor with them to be able to make a connection with my ohm's reader.

You can do what the others said and try and unscrew your center pin just a tiny bit on your atty or try and slightly raise up your pin on your ohms reader with a small flathead or tweezers but can only lift that a tiny bit as well....or for a couple bucks you can get an ego/510 adaptor to use as a bridge to to make the connections reach. I have a few of them...they come in handy from time to time...and if you have an ego battery or a mod that the 510 threading is getting worn out on you can use the adaptor to extend the life of your mod sometimes as well buy screwing it into your mod and leaving it there so you're only screwing your atty's into the adaptor and not putting as much ware on the mod's threads themself
