hi people. I wanted to show you all the quality of the clones I got from fast tech, two subtanks for less than the price of one real one. I am not sure if these are seconds or the best ever copies. The reason I think they may be seconds is due to the O rings, mine was bent and very hard to remove the glass, I have now took the glass off (took a long time) and turned the O ring the right way, Cheyennes was the same. Thats what makes me wonder if they are seconds, as even the OCC coils are the correct resistance, but I am using the RBA.

That image makes it look sharp along the top black bit, its not in your hands.

It vapes like a dream, full of flavour, and is as easy to build on as my lemo, with no leaking at all, which my lemo DOES occasionally do a little bit.

I like this more than my lemo V2. And it cost £9.50. My fiancees is the same, just an older design with airholes on one side, but the airhole is larger, so airflor seems the same wide open, on the second option mine has a hole in the middle both sides, hers has the same size holes side by side ETC. I did some research on google, it seems the newer subtanks have the two sided airflow.

Hers is stainless steel, and works as good as mine. She is using the OCC coil against my advice, but it does work fine. Tonight I will get the RBA in there for her.

So what do people think? Great clones that work amazingly, or somehow factory seconds, as they both did have that issue that probably would of made it non sell able, as the glass was extremely hard to remove, but once I did and put it in place, the glass slides on with just the right amount of seal.

It is either a 1:1 clone coming out of the same factory or a factory with the exact specs, or a second.

What do you guys think?

I have cloned sub tank minis from them that work on mods that authentics won't. They're good tanks, though I did struggle with the glass as well. Had to use one of those rubber jar opening pads to finally get it off.

Yeah, mine was due to the top washer being twisted, so was cheyennes, thats why I thought they may be seconds? After I carefully pulled the glass off and pur the top rubber part in place correctly, it has just the right amount of grip/seal now, enough that it wont leak or fall off, but you can remover it if you pull slowly.

Haven't tried removing it again, I was replacing the clear glass with a black one, so I'll probs leave it for awhile. Breaking a clear one wouldn't break my heart like breaking a black one....lol! My seals were properly seated, just really tight glass.

Well, I found blue glass today, so need to install that. I forgot I ordered a green flat drip tip for Cheyenne, and a spare glass tube for the subtank. I had to go through my rubbish, I found the bag after `i had emailed fastech that the items were missing, and they were there, hidden under the receipt.

Where it was a big bubble bag, I could not feel anything in there as they hardly weigh anything, so just threw it. Had to email fastech an apology lol as I raised a ticket.

When I run out I will carefully replace to the blue. It must of been fate to get this blue replacement, as I was helping my fiancee in the post office, and she knocked my D2 and new subtank off the side onto concrete. The glass smashed, so I put the replacement in, it did not fragment like normal glass though so I am sure it is pyrex.

The blue one appears to be pyrex, but I have a spare now, so does Cheyenne, and a green (her favourite colour) drip tip.

Lucky I remembered otherwise it would of been collected on Monday, never to be seen again lol.

That's so easily done, glad you found them! I make myself dissect any and all packaging with vape orders....lol!

I usually do as well lol, I was just so excited that the subtank and Xcbe arrived on the same day, I completely forgot about the glass and drip tips.

The glass was intact, so with china post I guess this glass is pretty durable. I was expecting fragments everwhere, but no it was fine, which is good :)

Some of them should come with a combination for the "lock" they have on them....lol! I don't attempt to open anything without a knife or scissors handy. ;)

There's a second common tempered glass brand whose name I can't recall. With the heat involved, I doubt any glass tanks are not Pyrex or the other one.

Packaging is an oddity though. My only "direct to me" China package came last week... the SMOK mod and 3 tanks. Similar coffin boxes so they just arranged them in a rectangle, wrapped them 3 or 4 times in bubble wrap and packing taped the whole thing into a vaguely cubic pillow. Pillocks.
Yeah I gathered it was a type of stengthened glass, all I knew of was pyrex though, I wonder what the other one is?

Still using it as my main tank. No problems so far, or the missus. The lemo is my 2nd choice now, this just holds more and seems to really bring the flavour out, even more so than the lemo. Only thing I hear is the Lemo V2 is good for thicker jucies?

Did you try the scratch off code to see if they were authentics or clones? Might be the way to see if they are seconds.

The glass on my clone was a bear to remove as well. I washed it really well when I got it and the second time I washed it I let in sit in hot soapy water for two days. When I pulled it out the glass slid off easily and haven't had a problem since.

Honestly, these are either seconds or a damn near perfect 1:1 clone! The coils that came with mine were certifiable crap but it sounds like you might have gotten some good ones!
