Mysterious FW Juice behavior continues

So, a while back, for my second ever juice mixing adventure I made over 15 flavors of juice using FW flavors. Each was using just a single flavor because I'm still getting into DIY, I'm not a pro recipe mixer yet (lol). Almost every one of those juices scratched the hell out of my throat. I never did figure out why so I ended dumping over 200ml of juices.

One of my ADVs is Extreme Ice by FW. The first time I made it I used 18% Flavor in a 6mg, 70/30 base. It ended up being too strong after a steep so I finished it off and decided to change my recipe some.

The second time, just recently, I made it using 15% flavor, 3mg nic in a max vg base. The mix came out to about 83/17, 200ml of juice, which I mixed in a cleaned and sanitized mason jar. I shook the jar a few times while it sat in a bowl of slightly hot tap water and left to cool, then I did it again. I bottled the juice in these unicorn bottles from FT, and had a little leftover that I put into a glass bottle. I vaped the glass bottle contents right away and it was delicious. However, during the several days this juice sat in the unicorn bottles, it has gelled and somewhat crystallized and when the gel gets into the bottle nipple I cannot dispense the juice without risking blowing the nipple right off the bottle due to squeezing pressure. I'm adding photos, hopefully (using tapatalk and its glitched before) to show all you DIYers my problem and hopefully someone can tell me if it's still vapable and why this has happened.

This has ONLY happened with the juice I made using Extreme Ice by FW. I made 9 other recipes the night I made this one, and even did the hot water bath to a mix I made that turned out to be an accidental clone of an existing delicious juice, and it didn't do this.

I use FW Extreme Ice as an ingredient in some recipes (not anywhere near 15%). With some cheapo, crappy tanks it dissolved the glue, so I suspect 15% of that might be better in glass bottle and tanks.

I'd personally not vape the one you show, but I'd be curious if it returns to normal if you set the bottle in warm water (which would indicate crystallized flavoring). To know for sure, mix another batch exactly the same way, but in a glass bottle. If that one doesn't do what this one did, definitely toss that plastic bottle.

To me, that looks a lot like the texture Koolada takes on if it's older and subjected to cool temperatures. If I warm it up and shake it, that texture smooths out and it reverts back to it's normal viscosity .

The bottle my wife has, sat in her car today. It apparently got quite warm in the car, and she says the juice went right back to normal. No chunkiness, no crystallization and no separation. Very odd seeing has how this didn't happen the first time I made this recipe at an even higher flavor percentage. HIC, I vape this flavor by itself at the 15%.

Hi, I'm really knew to this forum and have no clue what I am doing. Sorry for spamming on a random post but how do I create my own knew post topic? Answers will be greatly appreciated thanks.

Near the top, right side, wherever you want to post a new thread, click on the red box "post new thread". Do you know what part of the forum? You're in the DIY ejuice section right now, lol.

So i sat my 2 bottles of juice on the dash of my truck to warm up. They became 'normal' again. However, when they cooled back down, they're doing this gelling thing again, similar to how, say, bacon grease in a cup cools and hardens a bit on top while still remaining fully greasy underneath. I think I am done with FW altogether, I haven't had much of a success using their flavors at all for some odd reason. My PG, VG and nic are all from heartland, so unless I receive a message stating they're low quality, I'm going to continue believing they're fairly good.
