I thought it would be one of the Natures Flavors ones but not sure which one. It's been mentioned a number of times on VU as NF Giinger. The NF site says "without Diacetyl" on all three products whereas on MamJ's it's listed as -

"If you are wondering if this is the ginger, yes this is The Ginger. The Ginger is wondering if your mommy picked out your clothes for the day. This is not the Diaceytl Free version. The Ginger is bad and thats the way The Ginger likes it." http://mamajsjuice.com/the-ginger/.

I have some from Health Cabin. They say their flavours don't have diacetyl but who knows?

Will will be able to tell us.

Just had a look through my notes and it's the organic one that HIC has been using.

Mink is right on Claire fyi. It is NF organic ginger, but not the diacetyl free version that we have all been using. I have not tried the diacetyl free version. Its like more expensive. The 2nd link is the ginger we have been using, but wllmc has it in smaller sizes at mamajs if that interests you.

Which Nature Flavor ginger is the best to use?

I know there's been links & notes around here before pointing to the correct NF ginger.
I'm not referring to mamma j's ginger flavor they carry

my first instinct is to go with the first NF link I posted without Diacetyl

2nd link is organic with out Diacetyl

But then the last link listed about also says no diacetyl but is a few dollars more expensive.

I was trying to figure the difference & seeing what others are using who have ordered from natures flavors?
