Using it to toss poor helpless children that have been chased by the evil tobacco (and now Vape) monster who is trying to get them hooked.
"Successful applicants will receive lodging, food and transportation to and from Lincoln, officials said. Applications must be submitted by Feb. 14."
It's also paying for an all expenses paid vacation for a bunch of kids that have no business talking to anyone in government because they aren't even old enough to vote. - 5150
