Hey All, Thanks in advance for taking the time to read. Any links, Advice, or Suggestions are welcomed; I am trying to make a rich vanilla custard kind of like Kangaroo Custard or the Old Suicide Bunny Claim Your Throne. I know there are a million posts but was hoping to save time and ask before sorting through them all.

Need Help Making Vanilla Custard

There are a lot of good custard recipes in the Recipes section, or even use the search feature for that sub-forum. Game Over Custard at Mama J's is a good one, too, and I'm not much for custard vapes. http://mamajsflavorshop.com/game-over-custard-14/

I would suggest:
TFA Vanilla Swirl 6%
TFA DX Bavarian Cream 4%
TFA Sweetener 2%
For a diketone-free vanilla custard. You could probably also throw in marshmallow, or CAP Sweet Cream, or whipped cream; for something closer to Flan, maybe some Dulce de Leche+some caramel of some kind.
