Hello my fellow vapers. I've been vaping using the Eleaf Pico dual using the EC .03ohm coils.
I wanted to upgrade because I was constantly having to fill the 2ml tank.
I found a Lemo3 EC/RTA Tank that has an RTA build or you can use a sub-ohm deck.
It came with the RTA Deck loaded with Dual Claptons and a sheet of cotton. I spent a few days watching youtube videos learning how to wick the coils. Mike Vapes had a great one. I set them up today and when I filled the tank and was getting ready to screw on the top of the tank the damn liquid had leaked all out of the air vents at the bottom all over my mod. I thought maybe it was the tank. Then I thought maybe I cut the cotton too short. I could see the cotton in the cotton ports okay. I cut the cotton as shown on the video making sure I left a did not smother the juice by the cotton being too long and tucked them into the 4 corners where they go. This tank does not have juice flow control, only air flow control. I took the RTA deck out and install the EC base and put in a .03 EC and vaping with it nice with no leaks, The tank has massive flow and I'm surprised even with them all the way open I can taste the flavor much better than in my melo3 mini 2ml tank. All the seals are ok so I can't figure out why my RTA is doing this. I even took it apart and cleaned it after that and put the RTA deck back on and put some more liquid in it and it leaks from the bottom air flow control ports. Any help would be appreciated. Not ever using an RTA it seems to me that it would have to be the cotton. Anyone familiar with this tank and can give me any pointers. I appreciate any help you can give me. For $20.00 I thought it was not a bad deal. I'm just totally dumbfounded. Thanks...

UPDATE: I finally got it to finally work with some problems. The Wicking seems okay cause it vapes great and huge clouds with the RTA.
I think what's happening using logical deduction and physics is that when I am filling the tank with my droppers I am getting a lot of air into it and before I even get to put my cap on it starts leaking out through the ports. I think when I get my needles in the mail this will be solved hopefully. I filled it last night after cleaning it up and checking the wicks and seals etc. I filled it to about 2mls and it started to leak so I screwed the cap on real quick and held it upside down to let the air rise and cleaned up the leaked juice and only lost a little juice. Turned it right side up and vaped it out. no leaking while vaping at all. tried to refill it and same procedure.
