I am new to this forum and I've been DIYing for about a week and a half but I've decided to get get a new vape and I want to know if anyone can give me any advice on the Innokin range in trying to decide between the cool fire and the disrupter. Sorry if this isn't in the right place as I said I'm trying to find my way around here

For a bit more $$$ you could get the MVP3 Pro Plus it has 4400mah and goes to 60watts.
I'd get the CoolFire4* as a backup.I just don't like the way the Disruptor Cell connects to the main body those little pegs don't look very durable.

*I have the red CoolFire4 and even though my wife hates the color red she's threatened to take it twice already.

I have an MVP Pro 3.0 60w, and it collects dust. Not a very reliable box. It's 60w rating is quite... "generous". And if you ever leak or spill any juice in it, hang it up. I've seen 3 of them quit after juice damage.

Thanks guys I've had Innokin before and dropped it and that was it it was dead :( I've read that that is the only downside to Innokin and although I don't intend on dropping it I would like to sub ohm but I don't understand it lol my boyfriend has an ipv mod but he rebuilds his coils and I don't want to go down that route I want a good tank with coils I can replace.

Also do you have to have a certain mod to use a drip thingy sorry to sound stupid I just don't want to spend too much on the wrong thing

There's no reason you couldn't branch out your search to include devices beside the innokin line. An IPV might be great, especially if your boyfriend already has one and likes it. Plenty of power to run a tank now and a dripper with rebuild able coils later if you ever do decide to get into it. Even if you don't, you stand to benefit from better battery life...

Add a +1 for Sigelei - I've had the Sig 100 v1 for a year and it's been my daily driver most of the time - still flawless, though I've now got an iStick 100 (cheap knockoff of the Sig 100) and an IPV d2 that I just broke in today and seems pretty nice. But you won't go wrong with a Sigelei product...except maybe the 75 TC, people don't seem to like that one.

Great points there.
My big question for @amanda.brock would be...
Are you looking for just a device or would you rather get a device and tank?

Device and tank I think as I've got the aspire nautilus at the moment. Was looking at kanger Kbox and subtank nano last night

That's because I think they used the same algorithm formula for Temperature Control as Smok.Meaning it'll never quite work right as a TC mod.
