What kind of charger is saying they are charged. Does it just have a litter light that signifies you are charging? These cheaper charger can show they are charging and will destroy your batteries and you won't even know it until you use them.
Moving to Regulated Mods, hopefully you'll get some more responses. I've heard about quite a few Cloupor issues, could be a mod thing but I'm also curious what kind of batteries and charger you're using. Do you have a multimeter or another regulated mod to confirm the charge level?
