Have a close friend I don't see enough but every time we do see each other it's like we never were apart . Long story short he is a heavy smoker same as I was and got to see him today at the UGA veterinary campus while picking up his rottweiler for having a Acl surgery . He told me today that he has Copd and wants to try something to quit smoking . Over the years he has tried all the normal avenues to quit and Noone have worked .well now to the point , I am looking to buy him a starter setup and was looking at the eleaf Ijust plus kit . It has a GS air tank and was looking for some info on the tank and setup . I started out as a MTL and I think it may help him transition a little easier (I hope) if not it will give him something to try . But any hoo any info or recommendations for a simple no frills setup that is point and click would be helpful so I can decide which way is best to go . Also I can advise him later on batteries and mods if he thinks it will work for him so , looking at setups that will have internal battery's Tha have USB charging are probably what I am looking for .

I like the Istick Basic kit with the little GS-Air2 14 mm tank included. .75,1.2 and 1.5 coils available. Adjustable airflow. Battery lasts all day. MTL to restricted lung inhale and coils last a long time.
Good little pocket-able device.
22.95 for the kit at ecig.com. Coils at rockymountain vapor or sweet-vapes.

As @f1r3b1rd pointed out, that is the thread to look at. There is a lot of information there, but to the point, I have the GS tank and it is a good MTL tank. Considering the COPD diagnosis, any tank with loose draw will be more frustrating than helpful. That being said, the Aspire Nautilus is one option, just make sure to use the Triton Mini coils, they greatly improve the Nautilus performance. Another option would be the Subtank mini with the availability of rebuilding (RBA) further down the road. I would suggest one of the TC mods available for their flexibility of use ( eVic Mini is among the favorites).
This is just a little preview of the afore mentioned thread.

I have the GS tank, but not the AIR tank. My understanding is that both are for MTL, they do use the same coils, too. I the the plain GS has more adjustable air flow. I'm a MTL vaper and I love mine. Great flavor, user chooses the air flow they prefer, has coils for use in TC and has regular kanthal coils, too. Not expensive either, compared to many tanks available these days.

The GS tank holds 3ml, the GS Air holds 2.5ml

Not to take over the thread, but which tank is that? Is it the GS Air-M?

Great, thank you. I have the same tank, they just call it TC because the Ni coils....I guess. Oh, yes, the charge $2 more for the TC!

Yes, you do! Experience! I'm still in the pack-rat, tinkering stage. I buy, collect, rebuild, tear down and start all over. Some days I like a tank, other days I don't , most days I MTL, sometimes I DL. I buy on impulse so a few of the tanks I thought I liked are sitting way back in the darker part of the box-o-parts. You know what you like and stick with it. That is experience.!

I have a small collection of old stuff, lol. I recently brought out from hiding a couple tanks, older ones, MTL and learned I still love them, so now they're all getting use.

The GS Air2 tanks come in 2ml 14mm or 16mm and 19mm diameters. All hold different quantities of juice. I think only the 14mm one has a cyclops metal AFC ring.
