I want to sell it to someguy but he says that because i opened it and it was in it's condition for a while then the taste is badder and it's like wine but it gets worst. he's not willing to pay more then fourth of the original price.
He said something about "stiping" or something.

What I think your "someguy" is talking about is "STEEPING".

And just like wine, for the most part, E-Liquid gets better with some age to it.

Like a few weeks to a couple of months.

And if you purchased a bottle of a flavor you just don't like, well join the crowd as this is something that every vaper that I know has done.

So either sell it at a discount, suck it up and vape it yourself or throw the bottle away and hope your next purchase is a flavor that you do enjoy!

He said that it's only getting worst by the days and not better.

No, he is wrong! Some e-liquid's need to steep to get better and take some of the harshness away. I have been DIY'ing for awhile and I always let my e-liquid steep. I leave the cap off the bottles for about 8 hours after mixing to get rid of any harshness. Then I put them in a dark, cool place for anywhere from 1 week to 3 months or longer. Commercial e-liquid's are not steeped when they are bottled. That is why when you sample e-liquid at a vape shop, the sample taste different from what you have bought. The sample has been opened and closed numerous times to fill up the atomizer.

The vast majority of the time vapers like the flavor change that steeping (aging) causes. I've gone back to juices that sat for a year or longer and loved them. I don't actually think I've ever heard anyone complain about it.

He's wrong.

At the end of the day you need to decide if you want to take his offer or not. Once a bottle is open very rarely will someone offer you more than 50% of it's original cost, especially when you consider how cheaply things can be bought online.

If you feel his offer is too low then keep it for a month in a dark cabinet and try it again. You might like it better once it mellows.

As for explaining to him the benefits of steeping? Don't be surprised that he doesn't raise his offer of 25%

Three words: Taste...Is...Subjective.
Not everyone is gonna like the same thing, but it really sounds to me like he just doesn't wanna pay you what you're asking. That's three more words: Something...For...Nothing. ;)
