Exactly one week ago I purchased a Joyetech Cuboid Mini Kit. I had read some reviews online and watched some videos and everything seemed to say that this was a good purchase. I purchased it at my local shop and was very exited. Right away I ran into problems. The first problem I encountered was that the fire button on it is protrudes from the body so if it is left on and is in your pocket or bag, it is most definitely going to fire. On the first day I burned out my brand new coil by it dry firing while it was in my pocket. The next major problem I've encountered is charging. For starters it has a built in battery and the only way to charge it is by micro usb. Last night I plugged it in and this morning I noticed it did not charge, I thought that it must have come loose or something over night. Today I tried charging it again and It will barely connect, I thought it might have been my chord so I tried multiple micro usb's and they all showed the same results. When I took a closer look at the usb port I noticed that is was loose. I know this is not my fault because I have only had this for a week and have not dropped it at all or anything. At this point I'm pretty much screwed and my brand new mod is useless. I went to look to see if there was a warranty section on the Joyetech website and it is pretty much crap. I am very disappointed in Joyetech and will never be purchasing from them again. Along with that I just spent a ton of money on this brand new mod and it is now useless.

Did you check the authenticity sticker to make sure it was not a clone they sold you?

I've found that the manufacturer wants nothing to do with end user.
There is an on/off click regimen.
The micro/usb is a weak point on all mods that use them.
Suggest going back to retailer & make it rain in hell..

Every mod I own has a button the protrudes from the body. Every mod I own gets turned off if I'm going to stick it in my pocket. I didn't read it in an instruction manual, it's just common sense. At least it's common to me. It seems common sense isn't so common any more!
