Looks like Evolv is going to be working overtime supplying boards to Innokin, Vaporshark and other manufacturers that use their boards. Hope they can keep up with the demand.

After much speculation and hundreds of emails and PMs, I am very happy to announce that Innokin will be launching the iTaste MVP3.0 later this year. As Reddit & ECR is one of the most important forums for the promotion and discussion of vaping information and technology I am proud that James and George would like to let all of you know about the MVP3.0 first.

As you know the iTaste MVP2.0 has been a huge success around the world and is considered by many to be a milestone in the history of vaping and a backbone of the vaping industry. I do not have access to all of the information about the MVP3.0 however at this time I can state the following:

• There will be more than one edition. One will be at a lower price point that will be at least 30W as well as an advanced edition that will run a customized Evolv chipset with precise higher wattage and feature new advances in technology which take it above and beyond the competition. There may be another very innovative model which will be launched in the future as well.
  
  
• The MVP3.0 will continue to have the device recharging feature which has made the MVP2.0 so useful and popular. It has also been designed to be durable.
  
  
• The MVP3.0 will have a larger battery capacity than the MVP2.0.
  
  
• We have listened to the community and the upgraded MVP3.0 form factor as well as the position of power button and micro-usb charging port.
  
  
• The iTaste MVP3.0 will have a high quality OLED screen.
  
  
• I know the engineering team understands the value of the spring loaded connector.
  
  
• The device is designed to be durable and I believe has some of the same upgrades as the SVD2.0 including modular easy to repair components and other advancements.
  
  
• We have worked closely with Brandon and John and the Evolv edition will have a customized chip and feature innovative top of the line vaping technology.
  
  
• We are hoping to have one of the editions available in time for Christmas and as soon as I have more information I will announce it first here on Reddit.

One reason I never liked some of the "Cana" mods..frickin' sharp corners.

I was worried about the format too, because the thing weighs a bit. But, it fits even my smallish hands quite well.

I hope they keep the box with the nice screws, but do the flat 510 and redo that damn fire button too.



Compared to holding my evil smash-cudgel of Copper Panzer + Fogger v4, it's a featherweight.

The only thing I don't like about my mvp is that I have to charge it. I got used to mechs, just swap out the battery and keep using the mod.

I thought there was breaking info on this lol, it's no secret that Evolve has been working with Innokin over the past few months and good things are going to come but there is still no sure things yet .

The great thing about the MVP is cost , durability and reliability , a 30 watt Evolve board with a replaceable battery will certainly take away the cost advantage and i bet it won't be as compact.

I plan on scooping up more 2.0 versions when they drop in price , i'll buy a few if they drop to under $30.00 when a new MVP is released.

was thinking same thing but im sure innokin has evolv doing custom boards for them, likely with same features as the new dna40 though. im sure they will make 22mm atomizers look good on this one too. likely a big step up coming from the mvp

I have to say, this excites me as I do own the MVP2 and I love it, so knowing they have been working with Evolv is huge, this may mean we actually get to see the MVP rise again to kick more ass as well as deliver more power.

I have 4 MVP's and just do not see needing an upgrade on that device for me as It works perfect form my vaping needs. But FWIW - Rumor has it that the 3.0 will be around 75.00. So I can get 2 - 2.0's for that price. Also still will using a non replaceable battery but will be a little smaller. So a little larger battery, a little smaller in design and a higher wattage. These are rumors but I feel they will be accurate. Just what I am hearing in Vapeland.

Yeah, $75.00 for a non replaceable battery mod is a little steep for me to pull the trigger , regardless of the upgrades i would opt to get two MVP 2.0's for around $35.00 each.

So, smaller form factor with longer lasting battery and higher wattage , sounds good but at $75.00 retail i don't see how it will compete with the Istick when those are selling for half the cost.

They might choose to have various versions such as disposable and replaceable battery versions. Will be interesting to see which direction they go after the successful sales of the istick. They may choose to move up into a different customer base all together.

There is a lot of new stuff coming out and this market is moving very fast. What was new and desired is being replaced with the latest model just months later by the same manufacturer. Seems to be similar to the cell phone market. I hope I can avoid the temptation of newer versions and just be content without a newer model.

Either way I would pick up a couple mvp 2's if they drop below 30 bucks when the 3's come out. I don't own any disposable units other than some ego stuff sitting around but the reputation of the mvp's are really good.

I don't see Evolves boards being used in the MVP if it remains a disposable but who knows for sure. Manufacturers are releasing new mods before they even perfect the ones that are currently on the market , it's nuts.

Regarding temptation , forget about resisting it , you will always want the latest and greatest , it's human nature . Manufacturers know and it's why they are releasing models at a breakneck pace .

Make sure you know what you want and what will satisfy all your needs before purchasing , if you really don't know you will end up spending a lot more than necessary.

Except and expect new interesting mods to be released after you buy yours , realize it's business 101 but also realize you don't have to get caught up in it if you make wise choices.

I've sold a lot of mvp 2's, and I'd like to sell a lot of mvp 3's. price is the biggest thing. it should be whatever the mvp was priced at when it came out, just have more features, like more mah and more power (30?). THEN it will be a hit. It has to be better than the iStick and be not much more expensive. I still think the mvp-2 is the best ecig made so far, just because of price, reliability and value. if it's double the price, no good. don't want removable battery, then newbs would think they need a charger, and then batteries, then battery cases. the mvp was successful in part to not having a removable battery <-- I know people will disagree, I don't care lol. Innokin could save money by selling the mod/cable and not including a tank. a very nice ego adapter included would be good too, it doesn't need to be built in like before.

I would stock the SVD 2.0 if it had the same retail price as an SVD when it came out, but too expensive for the features it has.

When this puppy comes out and the price drops on MVP2s, I am going to buy 6 more MVP2s. I have had 2 of them in constant rotation for almost 10 months now. I only own 2 MVP2s, 2 EGO VVs, and 1 plain 600mah EGO. I only use the EGOs when I am wearing a suit or other dress clothes. I vape at 6W all the time anyway. The only toppers I have are 4 Mini Protank 2s and a cheapo single coil RBA (and I have no idea what kind it is).

Yeah, I'm an amateur compared to you folks. But I do not smoke any more! I only have 2 weeks left before my one year anniversary as a non smoker! 11/6/13 was my last stinky!
