New mod and new tank. What should i get?

So, i have a TOPBOX mini from Kangertech and i`m think about getting a new mod and a new tank, but the problem is, in my region , Brazil, vape is kinda "iligal" so we dont have many options and when we have options the price is more the double of what it really cost in US. So i know a website from Brazil that have a good price but limited options.
MOD's available: SMOK Alien 220w, Vaporesso Revenger 220w, Sigelei Kaos Spectrum 230w and Vaporesso Switcher 220w. All of then are basically at the same price on this website.
TANK's available: Kylin RTA Tank - Vandy Vape, Ammit RTA Dual Coil Tank - Geek Vape, Ammit 25 RTA Tank - GeekVape, Pharaoh RTA - Digiflavor and Zeus RTA Tank - Geekvape. The tanks are basically the same price, the max range of price is 6$.
What you guys think? i dont have much knowledge about vapes and i`m planning to buy pre-built UD coils like this one https://www.myvaporstore.com/UD-Prebuilt-Specialty-Coils-p/k-mcrw50.htm .
I dont vape with nicotine and i prefer flavor.

I'd be really curious why it's illegal. It makes even less sense than outlawing tobacco, jimson-weed, hemlock, etc.

The best place to "check out" tanks is (wait for it) - youtube. You can go back in time or see recent tanks. Vaping With Vic is a good source, there are a fistful you can trust that are not shills.

Don't dismiss "older tanks", either: stuff from last year or the year before is usually cheap as dirt and functions very, very well, (for some def of Function and Well). Most of those same reviewers also reviewed those things, and often refer to them in newer reviews.

Places like 3Fvape, FT and 2Fdeal may even have those tanks in stock - or be getting them back in stock.

About the youtube, i watched a bunch of reviews of those tanks, but is hard to say which one is better since i dont know many ppl that vape and have one o those tanks or mods.

they have Radar RDA - Geekvape, Cubis 2 Tanks - Joyetech and Siren 2 GTA MTL Tank - Geekvape.
the rest is only RTA.

well, the siren v2 has had great reviews, if you want MTL or at best a resiticted DTL (RTL).. I've a clone of the Siren on order somewhere.. If it ever arrives I might even get an Authentic.

No, I agree - I did my time in that zone. RTL works ok. otoh, anything I get that is better with MTL, I put it aside so I can offer it to a newb - sale or PIF - later on.

Thing is, VWVic has stated it will function in RTL, so - to me it's worth a try.
