Atari and Dynamite Entertainment have announced a partnership to produce reprints of old licensed Atari comics, along with the promise of new series based on classic video game properties like Asteroids, Centipede, Crystal Castles, Missile Command, Tempest, and Yar's Revenge.
Among the upcoming reprints, Dynamite have announced a new printing of DC Comics' Atari Force ongoing series, which ran for 20 issues from 1984 to 1986, and showcased the work of many revered comics creators, including Gerry Conway, Roy Thomas, Ross Andru, Gil Kane, Dick Giordano, Mike DeCarlo, Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez, Eduardo Barreto, and Mike Baron.
