New Study Purports to Show that E-Cigs are a Gateway to Smoking, But Provides No Evidence to Support

Scary shit when you see the FDA used this kind of dumb logic in it's answer to the lawsuit filed by Nicopure against the deeming regs.
The FDA said: "For example, in a one-year study of initially nonsmoking youth and young adults, 68.8 percent of e-cigarette users progressed toward smoking (i.e., either tried conventional cigarettes or indicated that they might), compared to just 18.9 percent of nonusers."
Read carefully, this small paragraph was taken from the section in the lawsuit where the FDA claims vaping is a gateway to smoking cigarettes.
Yet they say vaping experimenters "tried conventional cigarettes or indicated that they might"
They provided NO EVIDENCE that the teenagers and young adults (not just minors) actually did smoke a single cigarette or became addicted to tobacco, or even vaping itself.
These fudged studies are horrible and dangerous.
