New TC mod istick 60

I've had mine for about a month using tc exclusively. It gets hot but i love it. I'm adding a heat sink to see if that helps.

Yuk it up but it looks great imo and my 100W iStick is working perfectly.

I figured they would release a higher wattage TC unit but I was hoping it was closer to the IPV D2 and Segelei 75W or SMOK MD80 in wattage. I think 75 watts would have been ideal. 75 would set it far enough apart from the TC40w and 50W and nestle it in between those and the 100w. 60 watts dumps it into the middle of an already well-established and crowed 60 watt box market. 75 watts seems to be that sweet spot for those that want more wattage and temp control feature but are not going for the jugular with high wattage units. But I also think Eleaf is targeting its own loyal users like me that want the TC feature and a bump in wattage. If I didn’t already have the 50w and TC40w I probably would jump all over this. But now I have other options like the units I mentioned previously that give me even more wattage if I want to crank things up. Right now I don’t see myself using much higher wattage than I have in the 50w, but I’ve never had more wattage available to know if I’d like it or not either. So with 75 watts I’d have a good range to try. Although I'm an iStick fan I'm probably going to check the greenery of the grass on the other side of the fence.

That's amazing as I don't believe they even exist in the wild just yet, or for another 4 weeks or more actually.
Did you skim the thread title thinking it read "40" or are you a very early tester?
Thought it said 40 lol

I'm not a fan of Isticks anymore, but I have to admit that is a really nice looking mod.

Having used the 100w eleaf with its dual parallel battery feature, I would find it hard to go back to a single battery mod with anything above 30w....With the built in battery like on the 40w its maybe not as bad due to the higher MAH rating batteries they use but, for an single 18650 replaceable battery having a much lower mah rating we have to choose from for a single battery, Im not sure I would care for the short battery life, especially using it at higher wattage, say above 30w..Ill wait for a 100w/120w eleaf TC mod using dual batteries...Dual batteries have spoiled me I suppose.

it is a nice looking design however..Im sure the fans of the 40w TC will love being able to replace the battery at will and, get a little bit more power.

Being able to swap in a fully charged 18650 anytime is the attraction for me. I always pop in a fresh one before leaving the house and sometimes plug it in the car charger. I am not overly impressed with my 100W battery (samsung 25Rs) life although it generally lasts me through the day so I just charge the batts overnight in the mod. It's pretty much 1.5 times that of my Kbox mini when running the same watts & tank. I wouldn't mind ditching my Kbox Mini for this 60.
