With not very many flavors that would make a good mix for an all day vape. I can only two or three flavors each month. I like sweet, fruity and creamy but the more complex stuff my tongue is kinda dead so subtlety will slip right on pass me. what kinda mix could you make with as few flavors.

Starting DIY I always recommend keeping it simple with stand alone flavors. Once you perfect a simple fruit then mix them in a tank or a small bottle and see what works together at what percentages.

And what might be the sweetest flavor you know of? Because sweetness in a flavor is really important. Other than the sweeteners.
It's not a fruit but FW Cinnamon Roll is pretty sweet stand alone at 7-10% IMO.
Also not a fruit, FA (Flavour Art) Eclipse is a good standalone flavor. It's supposed to be a tobacco, with nuances of chocolate and mint. However, personally, I don't get that much of a tobacco flavor. I'm using FA Eclipse at 3 - 3.5%, and let it steep for at least 7 days.

Since you like fruits pear can be used to sweeten a fruit mix at a lower % without becoming intrusive. Some strawberries and honeydew can do the same. Marshmallow and meringues are useful as well.
Do you like mint flavors? They tend to be sweet on their own. I mean peppermint, spearmint, anise, wintergreen -- as opposed to just menthol.
