New Twisted Coils for me, vaping extremely well

I have been building coils for about a 8 months or so. Don't change them out too regularly. Normally I vape at extremely low sub-ohm builds but decided to try something for better flavor. I tried some 26g kanthal duel parallel coils on my mech mod, they came in at .19, which is a higher ohmage than I'm used to but the flavor is nice. Vapor production is so-so on a tube mod.

This is my first attempt at twisted coils. These are 26g kanthal twisted by hand (no drill used). I twisted the strands with a pair of pliers and a pen. Wrapped them around a 3mm bit, 5 wraps each. They are coming out to .26 ohms for the build. Vaping them at 110w and the production is amazing. Flavor is on point and the clouds are coming for days!

Looks awesome man, I've never tried twisted coils, i always go for claptons or micro coils, but I'm definitely gonna try my hand at twisted coils

Just did quad twisted on my tube mech with the same wraps but at 2.5mm ID. Came out to .11 ohms and is also vaping very nicely.

Nice Job! I absolutely love twisted coils myself. Vapor production is good and I love the flavor I get off them. They seem to hold up better than other builds, at least for me. I usually go with 4 strands of 29 ga 5 wraps @ 2.5 mm. Give that build a shot, you might like it. I usually don't take it up to or over 100w, I think 75-85w are the sweet spot
