Does Amber not have internet access any more? Can she not come and talk to us about this herself?

She’s living with her in laws, and her FIL is on her case about being online. Like she’s neglecting her kid by being on VU.
I haven’t heard from her in days, but last time I did, she mentioned needing more nic. But the amount you sent should’ve lasted her for a while.

I thought about it, and I think Amber was thinking about needing nic for months ahead. Like maybe she’s thinking she may not be around VU pretty much and in light of May and corona, wants to be stocked up as well as can be.

she shouldn't talk back, its not her house. her husband should stick up for her. if the fil doesn't watch his step, he may end up not seeing the kids again, after they move out.

I meant her FIL was uncool. I think he figures she’s a soft target. I agree, if you’re crashing with someone, you’ve go to be polite. They are paying rent though, so it’s not like they’re totally freeloading!

no, he's a dictator. he is trying to force his beliefs on someone else.
both sides should be polite. but the home owner can have "some" rules that should be adhered to. don't come home drunk, bring over dirt bags, park on the lawn, eat "his" food, etc. now, the HO can't say "i don't like what you do on the internet" or, "read my bible" = none of his focking business, fuck him. rent or not.

I’ll see if I can get her attention in a PM. She’s only been around once or twice in the last few weeks, and she was very upset. She hadn’t even been painting since she was so upset.
Her FIL doesn’t like her vaping and “lets” her do it a few times a day. She needs to find a place with her old man really soon. It would drive me crazy living with people like that!!
She can't go paint that will be closed.
She wasn’t even painting when it was open, though.
She won't be able to now is my point. No community places are open.

lets HOPE that is not the case, she should know him well enough by now. that is unless they are not married(i think they are), because people can be known to change like a clock after getting married. and maybe he is also afraid of his dad.

Her hubs threatened to divorce her during the winter. They were going through all kinds of shit, and then they went to marriage counseling. And they made up.
But before she disappeared, she mentioned not getting along with him again. So who knows?
Back when the shit was going on we gave her some advice but I am hoping it is just lack of Internet Access.

I’m not a detective, she doesn’t need to answer questions! I’m just relieved she’s okay, especially now.
Well she told me a bunch of stuff in the message but I don't feel it is my place to post it and I asked her to which said to do whatever I wanted. But I will leave it up to her.

If it wasn't for you mentioning Facebook I might not have thought of it. But then I remembered she had posted a link to her artwork so I friended her. Did not expect such a fast response but sure enough it opened messenger on her phone.
