View attachment 35778 Well the title describes the process I am using since I don't have any ribbon wire to try. I do however have two lbs of nichome 80 so I figured I'd see what happens.
If I just end up destroying a few inches of wire , I will still have way more than I need. One should not get on ebay after drinking! You will end up with a 2lb spoil of 23ga wire before your first build.
