In this particular case, I think the prosecutor is correct.

This is true.... if it weren't for the mans sister calling 911 THREE times asking for the police to help to get her UNARMED mentally disturbed brother to local nut house.

911 never bothered to tell the cops the crucial info in this case.

This is not a failed police issue, this is the failure of a 911 operator to do his or her job issue.
Especially since they didn't even bother to send anybody the FIRST TWO TIMES she called them.

It's odd how no one has even bothered to complain about the failure of the 911 operator to do their job in all the haste to blame the police for shooting "another" unarmed African American man.
