I ordered the Smoant Knight V2 on 10/26. I have sent 2 emails to [email protected], never got a response and its been a week. I did not receive a tracking # for my order. Order # is 4534. They have already charged my card & feel I should have at least got a tracking #. I'm about to contact pay pal to file a complaint.
