The 510 issues are not a issue with the NC. They are a hybrid mod. You might want to look into it a bit more. Your 510 pin on your atty has to protrude enough to make contact with battery. If it does not you will have a short and bad things will happen.

Thanks for your reply . But i think the hybrid 510 is only on the original noisy cricket, the noisy cricket 2 has a conventional 510 and a potentiometer, as far as ive read..

You are correct, I didn't realize it had a spring loaded 510 also. I will go back to my corner. I know better than to do anything before my coffee is gone.

It's fantastic. I've had mine since November and I absolutely love it. The versatility is stellar, mine has held up flawlessly and performed flawlessly. I mainly use Series or the Potentiometer. They're kinda tough to find, I would not hesitate. I do not carry Wismec products thus far because of the shit 510's, and this one does not suffer from the same issue at all. Sits 25mm attys flush, too. Hope you find one!

What do people think of this?? I don't really use 25mm attys/rtas but to have the option would be cool.
It's a mech with built in safety features isn't it.

I can only vouch for the good quality of the NC2 22 510 connector..
I've been using it since early this year (or was it late last year, can't recall), and no problem at all
Keep in mind this is not a true mech.. even when used in direct/passthru mode it still has some electronics in play
But it's a solid choice, nevertheless

I own 2 of the NC2-25s, have had no issues with the 510s on them...but I knew ahead of time that there was always issues with the 510s...biggest being that attys wont sit flush....so knowing this, I never tried to crank the atty down or force it to sit flush ( which would break said 510 )

I don't use either one anymore and they just collect dust... but for the <$25 I paid each for them they were worth the play time I had while they were used.

My journey in vaping has led me to Squonking, so mostly why I don't use them anymore. Great beater mod though...the cost of them means you don't have to baby them.

I don't have much experience with squonking, my dripbox 160 was crap & I'd like to give it another go with something half decent!
