NRG SE Tank, Nicotine?

Hey guys, Okay so i'm still pretty new to vaping, i started on an aspire breeze using 6 and 12 nic, the 12 was a bit harsh while the 6 seems like it hit the spot for me, now i've gotten a vaporesso swag kit, and using 3 nic on it , while the taste is about 10 times better and more smooth, and there is a lot more vapor, i do not feel satisfied because i just feel like i'm smoking a hooka with no nicotine, my question is basically if it's okay to use my 6 nic juice on a subohm (nrg se tank) using 0.4 0hm coils. , will it effect coil life?
and lastly, what is the best way to switch flavours on the same coils (just incase the 6 wont work out i dont have that many coils to mess around with )

Sure, you can up the nic - no problem with that hardware or coil life.
One way is to take the coil out and rinse clean the other parts of the tank and put your other flavor in there.
You'd get a mix of flavors at first but the new flavor will shine through.
Some flavors more than others, tend to get embedded in the cotton, like cinnamon, and may continue to linger.
You can even rinse with water the used coil but you make sure it's thoroughly dry before reusing.
