I haven't used it but if I remember correctly it's their nic topped off with argon gas. Not really a gimmick as the inert gas will help slow oxidation. Whether it's worth the extra money is dependent on the individual. It's probably worth it for a person that likes Nude nic and wants to put some away for long term storage. It's probably not worth it if you plan on using it soon as opening the bottle much will let the inert gas out.

If it means anything, Nude is a bit too pricey for me but I have considered buying the armor to put away long term.

NN's prices are inline with Vapers Tek Premium, RTS vapes, and Wizards Lab. I have NN nic and can say it is clean and tasteless. I regularly vape unflavored and all I get is the sweetness of the VG. I just wanted to pass along to the community the discount code for those that use NN or want to try NN. That being said, with all the good reviews of VT Throat Hit and the excellent price that will be the next I buy.

The NN Argon Armour is a separate bottling/product and costs more than the regularly packed nic.

Ah. But you can't draw liquid out, even with a membrane, without air going back in. That would create a vacuum. Anyway, I have never had any luck drawing fluid out of drug bottles(antibiotics and whatnot) without air sucking in through the little hole in the membrane while doctoring animals. Fairly often, if I'm drawing say 30ml of penicillin, I have to push in 30ml of air or the plunger is very difficult to pull.

That membrane would work well for a 250ml bottle or so thats in use but wouldn't do me much good on a liter that will last me three or more years because air has to go in the bottle as you take fluid out. Not for an increased cost. It would be good to stick in the fridge and leave alone for a few years though.

I've got the NN Armor (v1) (not the one with the membrane) for long-term storage. The argon gas is blown down over 125ml aliquots but there is no vacuum. There's no design for daily use, it's just designed for long-term storage. (As opposed to NN Armor v2.0 which has the fancy membrane i don't trust). For regular use I buy a 500ml bottle to keep in my freezer, and use 120mls at a time in my lab space. Knowing the nice guys (F-ing D##@wad Administration) are coming as are the taxes, I've got a decent amount of nic in armor stored for the future. Don't take my word though, I only studied chemistry as an undergraduate and medicine after that.

I was looking to back up my current NicRiver stash...(also very clean NIC)
The V2 armour is not that much more ...only $5 per 500ml ..(57 vs 62)
So if you're not touching it for quite a while I think it's worth it.

I went ahead and ordered 120 ml of regular 100 ml nicotine. I am mixing at 4-6 mg in my juice so 120 ml ought to last me a while. I still have half a small bottle of velvet cloud 18 ml vg base nicotine. I like it but I have to use more and the vg base makes it harder to measure out. I like as much vg % as possible in my juice but I figure the small amount I get from pg nic base won't make much difference. I was a bit surprised at the shipping, though. The 30 % code covered most of it though. Thanks for the heads up on that code.

I haven't received mine yet either. I actually got an email from them on 11/30 saying it had been mailed, tracking number and all. Then I got an email on the 3rd saying it left the lab, so the first one was inaccurate information at best.. The package was supposed to be shipped via 2-day priority and still hasn't arrived. The post office says it was supposed to be delivered today but nothing. According to tracking it left the USPS facility in San Diego on the 3rd and God knows where it is now. All I can do is wait.

Agreed. I don't mind the wait for the price; I have enough nicotine to last me for a while. Unfortunately I'm almost out of VG, which I also ordered.. but I think I'll be ok... lol

I called in today to politely explain my situation (i'm completely out of nic, and am NOT going out to buy vendor juice), and state that while I understand shit happens sometimes I'd like to request a refund. Guy was nice about it, and said expect an email within 45 minutes confirming a refund.

Instead, 5 hours latter i just get what looks to be a bogus "your order has shipped" email. Which i'm strongly guessing gets upgraded to "info sent to USPS" some time tomorrow.

Pretty classy CS. Should of known better when it took them weeks to get me that $2 sample.

I had the same mindset all week TBH, since their BF deal was pretty damn sweet. But then today i got to thinking that if they clearly don't have their shit together on the surface side of things (google around, there is no shortage of varying complaints), should I really be trusting that they do indeed have their shit together doing what I don't get to see and in regards to what ultimately matters most here. I mean it is nicotine i'm buying, and I am inhaling this stuff into my lungs.

I'm a cheapskate at heart, but not so cheap that i won't spend the extra $10 elsewhere for a better piece of mind. Looks like I'm paying that $12 shipping cost at VT afterall.

Well see, that's the thing. Mine left the post office facility in San Diego on the 3rd according to the post office tracking, and there's been no updates since. So it's out of Nude Nic's hands at this point; I have to rely on the post office to figure out where it needs to go now. I had a few other packages come in yesterday that I should have received early last week, so I'm assuming it's the holidays and whatnot. That's the excuse the post office will use anyway.

So yeah Nude Nic was late shipping it out, but it's in our hard earned tax dollars' hands now.

I almost feel bad slamming them here, because every time I've called in their rep has been extremely nice and makes a great impression that he's trying to be helpful. Then I hang up the phone, and they don't end up doing anything they stated would happen.

So now i'm sitting here with no clue what is going on. Last night they wiped the sale from my account history, but i still have received zero confirmation since then that a refund is in the works (i was told that email would happen within an hour of hanging up). My tracking info did get upgraded to "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" about an hour ago though.

The mail is weird this time of year. Mine was scanned in by the mail carrier as being put in my box on a saturday, but it didn't actually show up until three days later on Tuesday. No clue if it got put in a neighbors box the first time or what. Two calls to USPS and it found its way home.

My update is that i had to file a credit card dispute tonight to try and get my promised refund, which they apparently are refusing to issue me even after never shipping out an order they cancelled days ago.

Ok so I finally got my order. It was mostly the post office that screwed up on it. It took them a week and a half to figure out where to deliver the package and the funny thing is it was literally 5 minutes from my house twice in the last week and got shipped across the state...

Anyway, the box was very well packed, and seems to be of very good quality. Going to mix a few things either tonight or tomorrow to see how it is, but I am impressed with the time they took in supplying all of the info GC/MS analysis results, etc.

There's something screwy with the shipping department, that's for sure. I've ordered a couple times and waited up to 2 weeks for an order to get out. Another couple times, I marked my shipping address at the top with "Do not ship - call for pickup." The lab always calls me within 2-3 days saying my order is ready - no idea why it takes so much longer to get it in the mail, but I'd probably be using Vaperstek if Nude wasn't local.

I've seen people suggest that Nude Nic might essentially be a one man show behind the scenes, which would essentially make a lot of sense to me given their constant struggle to stay on top of things.

Still though, making me go the claim through my bank route to get the money back here is pretty ridiculous. Especially on such a small order, and in regards to something you didn't have any problem agreeing to do in the first place.

I mean a very minor and simple momentary effort is all it would have taken to avoid that....and they can't even get that right.

I've bought a handful from them - cool because they're 100% VG, but their blends tend to already have definition that you'll either like or won't, and don't lend themselves to tinkering as much as other base flavors, I've found.
